Content that is not allowed
Do not create galleries or upload content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, or intended to harass or endanger another person. Content involving minors must be shared responsibly, lawfully, and with appropriate consent and safeguarding.
Rights and consent
Only upload photographs and information you are entitled to use. Respect copyright, privacy, publicity, venue and event rules, and requests from people shown in photographs. Client-gallery owners are responsible for having the right to share the work they deliver; event guests are responsible for the photos they add.
Keeping the service safe
Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or circumvent the security, rate limits, moderation or access controls of PixMedium, and do not upload malware or attempt to run code from the upload areas. We may remove content and restrict or suspend access to protect users and the service.
Enforcement
Breaking these rules may lead to content removal, gallery or account suspension, device restrictions on event uploads, and — where appropriate — reporting to the relevant authorities. To flag content for urgent review, see Report abuse.
